Garage door openers, shampoo dispensers, new sheets, a door for the puppies, a shop vac, mail box, and most import a new flash for the camera. Why you may ask… Well I think the photos above explain it all.

Also here is a pic of the beach and waves by our new house! Drew keeps telling me that he is going to disable the camera from taking photos of waves! I guess 1000 is to many.... oh well they are pretty.

Counter offer + kayaking

Well they made a Counter Offer to our Offer. We offered to pay full asking price while they paid closing and they pretty much said the only way they would pay closing cost is if they we paid it 5 or 6 extra with on the house.... so pretty much they will not pay the closing cost!!! GRRRR. The problem is they have already dropped the price 25000, and it comes with everything because it is the model home. Dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, big screen TV. What to do what to do........

On the brighter side Drew went kayaking in the bay!!! And no zephy didn't fall in the the water.

House update part 1 + Vistors

It has been a busy but fun week!! We had Friends from Utah come and Visit so we spent a lot of time at the beach and we put an offer on the house so we should find out some more info next week. So thank you everyone for your input!!!

In the mean time here are some photos of Paula and Keith’s visit. It really is nice having visitors from Utah that don’t see the ocean that often, and are still amused by it. So often I think Drew gets tired of it way before the puppies and I do. The puppies would play until they passed out, if we would permit that. We had a hard time keeping everyone out of the water and ended up shopping for some new pants in the end. The puppies loved having visitors, and waited at their bedroom door until they got up so they could ambush them... so I guess you can't ask for anything else.

To buy or not to buy!?!?!?!?!?!

3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms 2 car garage a gas fireplace + a yard for the puppies built in 2008 AHHHH I want it. It seems kind of hard to find a new house here without having to put forth the effort to have it built yourself. So i would like some input from everyone else also there would be room for people to come see us!!

Dave Matthews at the Gorge

We went to George, Washington this weekend to see The Dave Matthews Band play at the Gorge. I was really sad that we couldn’t bring the nice camera into the concert on fear of having it confiscated so I brought our little camera and it died within the first five mins. But thanks to Utube I at less found something to share with everyone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1wr8FwOKC8
It was about a 12 hour drive because we took the longest possible route. Driving the coast of Oregon no matter how appealing it is, is not always the greatest approach. But on the bright side we found out that Dr. Pepper and Orange Sode tast like Pixy Sticks.
I also was determined to get a better picture than drew so I hosed down a tree and tried my hardest to get a better shot... oh well I guess Drew can win this round. You can see his a shot a few blogs down :)

Camping with Erin and Trevor

We went camping with our friends / cousins, Erin and Trevor who recently moved to Albany which is only about three and a half hours away! It was a ton of fun! Not too long, not too short, not too tedious, and not too much excitement just a fun chilled weekend. I am really happy to have friends from home living so close, and family makes it even better. That way Trevor can tell the whole fam how cool Oregon is and more people will come to visit!

More Sea Lions

I had Saturday off from work, so we went to the beach and saw lots of sea lions. I think I got a little to close, because I truly thought one was coming after me, but it turned out that it was just slow and loudly barking away!

I love my new job it is tons of fun and I get to see really cool things every day. I do miss my little office at the pool to looking out all the windows everyday, and all the freedom that came with the U, but all and all its fun.

On one last note, we got Zephy fixed this week so she is a cone dog, and the vet wants us to get Zephy braces!!!! I don't know how everyone else feels about it, but I am going to have to draw the line somewhere, and braces for my dog may have to be that line! She has a kind of fun smile because of her teeth, so she may have to stay that way.

Happy Birthday Drew

Drew turns 25 today, why isn’t he having a quarter life crises???? Oh well, I guess guys just don’t seem to care as much. NOW, I can’t be the only one that didn’t like turning 25! Well the only fun thing I can think of to add is that we are going to go see The Dave Matthews band at the Gorge in a few weeks!! I also thought I would add a picture from our weekend in Washington that drew took. I thought was really cool looking. I was kind of upset that I didn’t wake up with him to go walking that early but, oh well!

Crazy Coaly

When we first got coaly she couldn’t even jump up on the couch, in fact Drew made her a special stool just so she could get onto the bed when she wanted. Now she is just crazy. Zephy on the other hand is very cautious with every step. I took some pictures that I think shows how crazy she is when she gets to the beach. We better get some Pet Insurance!

She landed each big jump with a big thud in to the sand, but still ok.

I have been working on my pitures and still can't figure out which boarder is the best. For more pics click here!!!

Hobby???

For years I have been told to, "go find a hobby" I just figured that was a nice way of saying "leave me the hell alone!!"

I have always enjoyed photoshop but I feel lazy sitting at my computer all day. So I had to really sit down and think.... HMMM what would be a good hobby that would still allow me to bother Drew, follow him around, doing whatever his daily activity was while still being able to say "Are we finished yet, can we go home"? UMMM... Then it hit me like a 200mm zoom lens. PHOTOGRAPHY!! I mean really, how annoying is that. Someone following you around taking pictures of you like it was your first steps!!

I attempted to go 4 wheeling with Drew today in the dunes, it turns out I suck. Sand is totally different to ride on then good old' Utah Dirt!! I made it up and down a few big hills, got some air off one, and that was it for me, I spent the rest of the time photographing Drew. I have also posted a lot of other random ones.

Speaking of random my photos say Keri Miller on them because it looks prettier.

Oh and I almost forgot Zephy ate alot of sand. For more pics click here!!!
There is also a video of Drew on youtube.

Guys Weekend

Damian came to visit this weekend while Keri was out of town for Erin and Trevor's wedding in Price. Damian talked me into taking the Blaster out to the dunes. So we went to the ATV shop and got the regulatory sticker and flag for the sand and headed out. The Blaster (though a little under powered) can get around in the sand to some extent. We also found that if we let enough air out of the tires in the Toyota, that it can get around in the sand as well, as long as your not stupid watch where your going. Damian had a blast riding the 4 wheeler, until he flipped it up on its side (on flat sand) and broke the already brittle plastic fender.

I was planning on replacing the plastic fenders eventual, but now that I have had the 4 wheeler out on the sand and can see how much FUN it is, I am going to have to do it sooner. Now the $10 sticker (good for 2 years) is stuck on the plastic fender that needs to be replaced! Doh', at least it is only a $10 sticker.

Oh and there is a video of Damian riding the 4 wheeler on the beach,
here.
