A Change of Name

So the name of Lyra just wasnt sticking for the little puppy. We tried out a bunch of different names and we came down to Zooey and Zephy (Short from Zefiris) and right now Zephy is looking like the winner. Coaly and Zephy are getting along better and better each day. There is a whole lot of wrestling accompanied by much grr-ing and grunting, and subsequent sprinting through the house. The little puppy desprately needs a haircut but we can't get her professionaly groomed until she has had all her shots at 6 months of age. So this weekend we are hoping that Debi will help us give her a trimming.

Funny Story: Keri took the puppies out to pee as I was leaving for class in the car, Coaly was peeing while intently watching me leave. Zephy was unsure at to what Coaly was looking at intently and didnt look where she was peeing and peed on Coaly's foot. Once Coaly realized what had happened she grrr'd at Zephy and went inside with a wet foot.
