Counter offer + kayaking
Well they made a Counter Offer to our Offer. We offered to pay full asking price while they paid closing and they pretty much said the only way they would pay closing cost is if they we paid it 5 or 6 extra with on the house.... so pretty much they will not pay the closing cost!!! GRRRR. The problem is they have already dropped the price 25000, and it comes with everything because it is the model home. Dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, big screen TV. What to do what to do........

Hmmm....it is a fabulous house and it does come with a crapload of stuff--(even a freaking big screen TV?) I think it might be fair to pay what they are asking.....

p.s. that pic is so cute because you can almost feel Zephy begging to get to Drew! OH! and when we come visit Vin wants to go do lots of outdoor dude stuff with you, Drew! Ker---you---me---and some chilling...:)

I wouldn't pay the closing costs. I wouldn't have even offered full price! If you are pre-approved, WAIT! AIG is now in the crapper (serves the a-holes right, "we want to insure the richest 10% of the world...), Lehman brothers is declaring bankrupcy - in two weeks they'll be begging for full price... this week's finacial market is down, down, down. NYSE was down like 500 points yesterday...
