To buy or not to buy!?!?!?!?!?!
3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms 2 car garage a gas fireplace + a yard for the puppies built in 2008 AHHHH I want it. It seems kind of hard to find a new house here without having to put forth the effort to have it built yourself. So i would like some input from everyone else also there would be room for people to come see us!!

It is a beautiful house! Only buy it if you will be completely happy with it - it is such a big purchase, you don't want any regrets.
Is the kitchen small and dark? Do you care? Could you add a skylight? The house looks lovely. If you can keep it for about 5 years, a house is always a good investment. The garage would be great storage for your "stuff", the dogs would be happy and so would you. If you can't decide make a list; one of pros and one of cons and see how it balances out. We would love to come visit!

It looks like a very nice house! Do you like the neighborhood? How long are you planning on staying in the area? Is the market there in a high or low? Do you plan on keeping working where you are for a long time? Those are all the questions you have to ask. Trust me I have bought one house I shouldn't have and it was a pain! But then if the time is right and everything looks good it is definetly worth it.
I'd like a new house! (But not a big new payment...) I say go for it, if you feel like it's the right thing to do. I agree with Salinda's thoughts about being careful & thinking things out. Go with your gut feelings. It looks like a nice house!
